More Christmas

So after our morning at our house, we went to my mom and dad's for Christmas with the rest of my family. We opened more presents and ate more yummy food and treats and the rest of the night was Guitar Hero World Tour! I am going to try and upload and video of some of Austin's skills with vocals! If you notice at the end of the video his singing gets them kicked off the song! LOL It was really funny! Well I can't do seem to upload a video and I am getting annoyed so I will figure it out another time :)

Cookie Decorating

This is one of the many new Christmas Traditions we started this year. My sister and my cousin put together a cookie decorating party! The kids were crazy and had a blast together! Of course Austin didn't understand that they were for Santa and decided to eat his cookie about a second after he was done dumping a half jar of sprinkles on top! LOL what can I say, he is a cookie monster!!

We started our fire place for the 1st time this winter, and we love it! I took a really cute picture of Austin so I thought I would blog about it. :) I hope everyone is staying warm in this cccooolllldd weather!

34 weeks prego!!

Your baby now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds (like your average cantaloupe) and is almost 18 inches long. Her fat layers — which she'll need to regulate her body temperature once she's born — are filling her out, making her rounder. Her skin is also smoother than ever. Her central nervous system is maturing and her lungs are continuing to mature as well. If you've been nervous about preterm labor, you'll be happy to know that babies born between 34 and 37 weeks who have no other health problems generally do fine. They may need a short stay in the neonatal nursery and may have a few short-term health issues, but in the long run, they usually do as well as full-term babies.

Work Christmas Party

Here are some pictures from my work's Christmas party. I was feeling pretty stuffed up and sick, but we had a fun time and great Mexican food! One more week until I have 10 days off!!! YAY!! Then one week after we return from Christmas break, I go on Maternity leave... AWESOME!

33 weeks!

So I went to the doctor this past Wednesday (I am on the every two week plan) and he said that since I have a history of "rapid labor" (those of you that remember Austi was born very quickly!) that he thinks it would be best for me to be induced around the 39 week mark! That would be great for planning time off and babysitting for Austin and I was very excited to hear that I would be able to enjoy my epidural this time!! He said we would talk about over the next 2 visits so I will keep you all updated! Next apt. is Christmas Eve, I am going to ask for a quick ultrasound picture to have for Christmas Morning :)

This week your baby weighs a little over 4 pounds (heft a pineapple) and has passed the 17-inch mark. She's rapidly losing that wrinkled, alien look and her skeleton is hardening. The bones in her skull aren't fused together, which allows them to move and slightly overlap, thus making it easier for her to fit through the birth canal. These bones don't entirely fuse until early adulthood, so they can grow as her brain and other tissue expands during infancy and childhood.

Gingerbread decorating night at the Billings

I am so surprised that Alisha didn't blog gingerbread house night! We had a great time even if Austi and Madi kept taking the candy off the table and they were sooo hyper! And we couldn't keep the pieces of the gingerbread together! Alisha only completed one side of her house!! It was a fun mess for Grandma's house!! LOL

Decorating the Christmas Tree

Damien won a raffle at his work for the biggest Christmas tree this year! YAY for us! Austin is really into the Christmas tree this year. He didn't like that the ornaments stay on the tree after we hang them, he wanted to play with them. We have a pirates ornament set that he wanted to hang up first but he kept taking them down so I ended up finishing the decorating and he watched his new favorite movie Frosty the Snowman (he says Boshy the noman) LOL

I am not the best at blogging

Well... I am sad to say that I didn't take ONE family photo during Thanksgiving!! I don't know why but I only took about 5 pictures the whole day and I don't like any of them to actually post on my blog! LOL But I do have some new ones of Austin at Disneyland and since he is so freakin cute, I thought it would be worth my time to blog about how cute he is! Also I took a picture of my last ultrasound, this picture was taken when I was 22 weeks pregnant and now I am 31 weeks now soo... a little late but whatever!

Madison's Birthday Fun!

We had a great Saturday at ZooMars for Madi's 2nd Birthday! Train rides, pony rides, bikes, petting zoo and more fun! We had such a great time hanging with the fam, letting the kids run free and had lots of great photo opps! I can't believe Madi and Austi are already 2!! Time goes by so fast! Now we must prepare for the holiday fun then a new year and our baby's arrival!!

Halloween 2008

We had a great Halloween this year! We went up to Mom's house for the usual meatball dinner and trick-or-treating! Austin did really good with the "trick-or-treat" and "happy halloween." Our group seems to be getting bigger every year, which we love, of course! I think we had around 4 or 5 two year olds! Lots of Fun and Good Times! Next year will be even better!

We went to the pumpkin patch in hopes of some cute pictures...well after school and without his cuzzy's he was in no mood for picture time! As you can see that I got some really cute ones....LOL I am in need of a RE DUE LISH!

Prego Update

So I finally took some prego pictures. I don't really like pregnancy picture but after I had Austin I was bummed I didn't have as many as I would have liked and see the whole growing belly pics. So I decided to get over myself and make Damien take some pictures. 21 weeks, feel so much better than before. Aches and pains around my lower back never seem to go away but that is really all I can complain about.
And don't comment on the background, Austin had just got up from his nap and like most of you know they have to get out every damn toy!
